China's new leaders vow to cut red tape
The man who will head China's government for the next decade has begun his term with a promise to cut red tape, tackle corruption and reduce inequality in the world's second-largest economy.

Li Keqiang, the newly-appointed Premier of China, outlined the new administration's priorities at a tightly-scripted press conference in Beijing's Great Hall of the People on Sunday following the close of the country's ceremonial legislature.
