Bostock lined up as finance chief at RBS
Royal Bank of Scotland has lined up Nathan Bostock, the former finance director of Abbey National, to succeed Bruce van Saun as the finance chief of the part-nationalised lender.

The appointment – triggered by Mr van Saun's prospective move to head RBS's US subsidiary Citizens ahead of a planned float – could be announced within a matter of weeks, according to people briefed on the plan. However, it may not take effect until later in the year and could yet be amended, the people cautioned.
