Lamy questions US-led regional trade talks
 
Pascal Lamy, the outgoing head of the World Trade Organisation, has questioned the "coherence" and value of two major US-led regional trade initiatives, arguing there were big questions over whether they would succeed and their contribution to global trade liberalisation efforts.
