US 30-year mortage rate highest in two years

The US 30-year fixed mortgage rate is at its highest level in two years, while refinancing of home loans has dropped to the lowest levels since July of 2011. While rising home prices soften the blow of increased borrowing rates, there is concern that a further rise in rates may hinder the economy in coming months
